Night staff is very rude and bad. Always busy in phone. They don’t care about customer. Even 3 times I didn’t get my discount staff said I forgot came back next time. That’s really bad service ever

One of the worst 7 Eleven in the Brisbane. I found Woman working there is always rude and they always don’t have everything required for coffees. I tied to avoid as much as I can.

Just came through and bought a couple of the traveller pizza pies for my younger brothers. They were stale and dry as if they had been sitting in there all day. I called to tell them and politely explained what was wrong, and instead of getting any sort of apology, or offered a replacement - the woman that worked decides to say that “they’ve never had complaints before” and “they’re always fresh” and tries to come up with excuses or random explanations as to why it may have been like that and spoke to me like I was lying. Rude, unprofessional, and terrible customer service. Don’t buy from here.
