Very poor service! Last 3 visits I have been ignored and spoken to rudely. The time waiting just to be served is seriously ridiculous! I suggest you keep someone on the til, ALL the time, to ensure smooth flow of customers. 1/10

Great ice cream range, amazing shakes however soft-serve machine is broken sometimes, understandably. Amazing air-fried hot chips with a generous amount of chicken salt, and although pricey, some amazing looking ice cream cakes. Also has a great range of hot dogs and loaded fries!

Excelling in their milkshakes, which in my opinion, are the best for value and quality in comparison to every other place in Mount Gambier that makes them. It's what their franchise prides themselves on, of course they are going to be good at it. Being a milk bar, they've got ice-creams and all that sort of stuff, doing cakes as well upon your order. They don't really have much else though in the 'food' department besides Hot Dogs and Chips, i've never had the chips, but the hot dogs are just as good as the milkshakes, which is why i love their shake 'n dog meal deal.
