Good morning,My initial dealings were with Vanessa (principally) and Eliza in the Rye office, and they could have not been more friendly or helpful at the beginning of the process. I was given a detailed understanding of the operations and cost of the pressure sewer system, supported by an onsite visit, which helped me to make an informed decision to proceed. I am particularly grateful that the girls helped to prioritise my installation, understanding that some other priority building works were dependent on it.The system itself was installed yesterday by a great team of boys, led most professionally by Connor. It’s not always a great experience having trades people at your property, but my experience could have not been any more positive. Again I was given a detailed understanding of the nature of necessary works, information regarding how the system worked, and above all I was incredibly grateful for how Connor and his team worked with me to deliver the best possible outcome in regards to the physical location of the various sewer components. It also didn’t go unnoticed how friendly each and every one of the workers were, and how they left my property in the condition they found it in.In summary, my experience is that everyone I have dealt with from South East Water throughout this process has been a great representative of its brand, and it is most certainly the feedback I will be giving any other interested parties.Andrew Redman
