My daughter worked for McDonald’s and they were taught customer service but it seems that has gone out the window. We have been there twice and on both times they were rude, short and non friendly. We will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible. Located in a 24 hour service centre. Advertised as open 24 hours. 24 hours is for drive through only... stiff if you drive a truck or b-double. I can't give a good review as I can't even eat from this place as I drive a semi with a 48ft trailer and 4.45 mtrs high so no access.

Came into the drive through at about 5:30 on Tuesday. Order was taken by Elizabeth who was wearing a jumper that looked like a pyjama top. Rudly asked what we wanted then propped her foot up on the register so she could adjust her boot. Absolutely nothing pleasant about my customer service experience. Why do you lower your standards by employing people like this.

NOT 24 hours. During the day it’s open and place is usually fast with good service but night time is hell. 50% of the time you’re sent to the waiting bay for a long wait with zero apology and the other 50% of the time they are closed for register updates. Couldn’t count the amount of times I’ve gone to the “24 hour macdonalds” to be told they are closed.

Fast service, good food and great coffee, despite being ver busy. Also, nice to come across clean toilets and dining area - in fact, first time in a long time that I actually saw staff cleaning dining area in any McDonald's restaurant. Will certainly come again!!

Busy restaurant. Service at the food counter was good but the coffee makers could smile and say have a nice day like the food counter not just call out orders and ignore you. Wife said the coffee was perfect and everything was hit and fresh even the chips and hash browns.

Feeling frustrated when I went to drive thru today got told their frappe machine was “not working again” I asked if the front counter machine was working and she said “yes”. So I parked and walked into the restaurant I ordered 4 large frappes and was standing their waiting for them, and was extremely frustrated to watch a staff member walk from out the back with 2 out of my 4 frappes which she clearly made from the frappe machine from the drive thru.So 2 got made in drive thru and 2 got made on front counter.I asked the lady at the front desk about it and they said “it messes with their drive thru times because it takes to long make”.Just remember if you want a frappe I recommend to walk in if you get told that it’s “broken”.
