Tara Lake Remedial Massage
I went to Tara with glute + leg issues that were holding me back in my running training. I was impressed by Tara’s assessment, observations, treatment plan and remedial massage. Tara’s massage + advice helped free my body and enable me to reach my fitness goals - pain and injury free. Tara Lake Remedial Massage
This is a character reference for Tara. I have known her now and worked with her for almost a year, she is someone I can say hand on heart values good morals, integrity and honesty. She is a natural people person and it is hard not to smile and feel instantly comfortable in her presence.
