I saw the Dr Khurana 3 times. In fact I did a blood test therefore, I needed to get the results.After what, I asked him to referred me to a psychotherapist - he told me to look online. Pick one and come to see him for the referral. I ask 3 times before he ended up giving me the name of a psychotherapist. That called the same day when the reception told me this old man is retired for 2 years now.Lastly, I wanted to tell you him about a neck injury and a treatment plan I need to benefit the chiropractor claims - he cut me off twice saying he won't argue with me that I can speak about this with the psychotherapist.What a rude man with no send of empathy at all. It is very disappointing coming from a doctor in Australia. I think he should be ashamed.It has been 3 weeks they don't have epftos machine ? In February 2023 ?? Forcing clients to pay cash as indeed the first consultation is compulsory payable in cash.Awful experience.

Absolute worst service ever.Booked in to see Dr at 11.30am. Specifically said I needed to be at another appt at 12.30pm. She said yes we will get you in on a 'double' at 11.30am whatever that means.Arrived to be told there are 3 in front and can't tell how long they will be.Atrocious won't be back

Dr V K KHURANA is a cash grabbing piece of s$%t. Refused to write a referral because I had not had an appointment for too long, yet he still had my patient folder on his desk. Said he would only write the referral if I paid $75.

Dont waste your time. Dr had no interest hearing my complaint regarding where my pain is or how it is affecting me. He told me to wait for my regular doctor to come back from his Christmas break and see him about it, no investigation whatsoever. Needs to retire.

Always late, but today I was told my 9:45am appointment wasn’t going to happen until AFTER 11am. Time management is a real life thing - make your appointment times longer or do not book so many people, if you can’t do that maybe you should have a walk in policy instead of appointments, as there is absolutely no reason for appointments if you do not honour them.. I now cannot see a doctor before I go away. Thanks.

Excellent 5 star service here every time since my first vist back in 1999.
