We have just build our second Shopify website with The Hope Factory, upgrading to a Shopify 2.0 site and improving the UX of our site with a completely new design. The Hope Factory assigned an experienced & dedicated digital designer to our project and as a result the new website looks and functions much better than our old site, and the new design encourages users to search and explore the site, while the structure of the site is also designed to improve SEO. Working with the team at The Hope Factory, and in particular with Andrew and Rax, is easy & these guys really know their stuff. The developers, led by Rax, put in a tonne of work behind the scenes and make things so easy at the client end. Nothing is too much bother for these guys and they are very flexible in their approach.
