Crumbs on toaster, found 3 dried out bread rolls in a bowl in the cu cupboard, advertised free WiFi that didn't work when park was full,

I'll only give it 3 stars as it's nicely priced & a lovely little park, but could use more of a clean inside the billabong cabins, our room had a hole in the wall and boot marks on the wall. Mirror could use a good clean, and the shower was showing rust stains.

Brilliant from booking to check out! We loved our stay and Kerri was very welcoming and friendly even after she’d had a very long day! Helpful, efficient and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable.It’s great that it’s pet friendly too!We attended for Red Hot Summer Concert and it was such a short walk to Queens Park.Highly recommend this accommodation!

The woman at front desk had an awful attitude and was unnecessarily rude. facilities were ok. we were going to stay another night when we ran out of petrol but would rather walk to the service station and back than deal with her.

The most friendliest and down to earth Owners I’ve come across in my travels, nothing was to much for them. I would highly recommend staying there. Watch for the little buggy with mags and Frank the sausage dog in the back, say g’day and have a little yarn. I will definitely stay again on my next travels to Toowoomba.Rooms are clean and tidy not any complaints from us

A great caravan park in the middle of town. Good clean amenities regularly serviced.

Great location, close to town, great walking areas for dogs across the road. Very tidy cabins and well equipped. Great place if you are travelling with your dog.

I have just finished up a stay here and it was wonderful. I had a single bed cabin and it was perfect for the solo traveler. I was in town for Meatstock and the room was awesome. Had a lovely greeting from the staff and found everyone so warm and helpful. When I come back to Toowoomba I will be staying here again. It had everything I needed. It was lovely to drive in and see such happy families (and their dogs). Thank you again to the Jolly Swagman for a beautiful stay. I cannot wait to be back and will recommend you to all.

Lovely warm welcome from Park Manager Kerri who couldn't be more friendly or any more helpful than she was; much appreciated by us after a long tiring journey. Comfortable bed, nice ensuite, and self contained cabin. Easy location to find. Beautiful setting, lovely gardens, and the true definition of an accommodation park. Highly recommended. We were deeply disappointed with paying 150$ a night for a small and dingy unit. No storage at all in the bedroom and pokey kitchen area. We hung our coats in broom closet. Shower was great and the worlds smallest hand basin. The unit needed a lick of paint throughout and revamp. The carport was the best thing about the swagman unit. The carcwas happy. The bed was a double , we were expecting a queen bed but we received for our 5 day stay the smaller unit and we were disappointed. You could barely get around the bed and with no storage our bags and clothes were on the floor.The place was clean with lovely bed linen.The toaster cord was melted and exposed a live wire, so we could not eat brekky until hubby took the toaster back. We were given a new one but at that stage we needed to leave for our appointment. The air-conditioning, heating did not work and we were cold the first night and we grabbed our sleeping bag out of the car. We waited for 2 hours for the owner to turn up to fix the air-conditioning. No one showed up so hubby went back to the office to get told, oops forgot to tell him. Sorry. The problem had been fixed at their end by resetting, but no-one told us. We wasted 2 hours waiting.The bbq area was great and much appreciated and very clean and the well organised laundry was great. Staff were not particularly friendly except for the male owner he was genuinely concerned about our issues and was friendly and checked with hubby that things were ok.Federal Hotel around the corner was fabulous .
