Kinbombi Falls
Wonderful spot to freecamp. 72 hr. stay allowed. Must be self sufficient. Have been here twice and supplied toilets were not working. Love the many steps to the falls. Great swimming hole at bottom.

Worth a drive when in the Kilkivan area.3 lookouts.1st is easy, second is steep and the last is the steepest.At the parking area which is a short stay camping spot under trees there is an easy short cut back from the track between lookouts.Comes out opposite the toilets at the turnaround on parking area.

Bit dry today. Would be a lot nicer when it is flushed out with a good rain. Worth a quick stop over.

A lovely place to visit with good amenities. The parking spots are wide enough to allow a good setup for a weekend stay but not much longer. The falls, when running lend a coolness to the area that allows for a few degrees drop compared to the hotter surrounding area. The paths are not long and are clearly marked, but are quite steep and have no guardrails on the cliff edges in some places. Highly recommend you have a good sense of balance if you intend to go along the tracks. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and would like to soak up some beautiful nature.

Good overnight camping spot. Tables, chairs, fire pits & clean flushing toilets. Hike down to falls is 250 steps (stairs) so moderate fitness required - not for anyone with knee or hip problems.

Kinbombi Falls
A nice waterfall and free overnight camping at the falls, about 10 vans there the day we visited. Steps down are doable and lovely gorge views.

Three walks that you can do. Number 2 is the shortest and easiest and you can see the falls from there. Walk 1 gives you and even closer view a d has more steps. It b drops 35 metres to the falls. Great views. Walk 3 which is the furtherest away from the entrance has has had a couple of the steps slip away. It is a scramble to the bottom to the water. I used a hiking pole to keep my balance. Very slippery and muddy after the rain. The water was fairly green down there. You can't see the falls directly from here. Nice clean toilets an a nd a fire lit is available. You can camp there to for free which is great.

Great place for a day trip or the max 72 hrs stay. clean amenities & if you are lucky enough there can be free wood for your fire. There a few different tracks to take, however to see the falls, the walk is not that long or hard.Can be a bit boggy when rained, overall the ground is good

Amazing place, water is refreshing, it’s a nice long walk down, the place is beautiful, despite the fact the stairs near the end isn’t their it’s fun to walk down and climb the rocks, and if you climb the right rock you can find a good spot to dive. This place is very clean, and I recommend coming.
