Have had my cars serviced here for a few years now, since previously every visit to the car dealership had started burning a hole in my pocket. Peter and crew are the kinds of mechanics everyone looks for - diagnoses issues correctly, explains what work needs to be done and why, what it'll cost you in labour and parts and lets you make an informed decision. Unlike the dealers, Peter will give you an honest appraisal of the condition of your car's components and won't ask you to replace parts simply because.

I've dealt with M and R Car Services a fair bit in recent months and have been consistently happy with the results. More importantly the staff treat customers as equals and are always available to listen to concerns and help explain things. I definitely recommend this place.

Pete and the boy's are the best. If you live in the area, you should be taking your vehicle here.I have been coming here for many years and not once was anything to difficult for them to accommodate.

A really amazing staff. My car battery had died and took it to them for recharging, instead of up selling me a new battey they kept the old one overnight to see if it come back up and it did. They have for sure gained one more loyal cuatomer.

Attention to detail, and took extra effort to diagnose/verify a problem that was hard to reproduce. Very happy customer.

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! A horrible experience. This Peter had my car for 2 months without fixing it! I'd call him everyday and visit the shop every 2 or 3 days explaining that i had quit my job and moved out of my house because the car was meant to be ready like he originally and continually told me it would be (i was moving interstate). This man had the audacity to say it'd be ready the next day, for a month straight! i couldn't take the car elsewhere because he had initially pulled parts out. I ended up going to department of fair trading to have him finish the job, i gave him the letter stating he had 3 days to complete the job. He took two extra days past the deadline (5 more days). i had to rely on help from friends for accommodation while he continued to neglect the car and lie to me

Friendly, professional and good value. If your worried about being ripped off then don't worry here, found then to be great and would bend over backwards to be helpful. Had breaks issues that meant car was off the road and they fitted it in to be fixed as soon as possible. Went back to get service there, happy again, car goes great and no hidden add-ons in cost. One happy customer here.
