Great place to get your carpets. The staff are helpful and friendly right from the shop to the carpet layers. We had a fantastic experience with The Carpet Place NQ laying carpets in five of our rooms. Definitely recommend them!

Several years ago, I visited the Carpet Place for a quote. The service I received was excellent. I didn't bother getting quotes anywhere else. The results were brilliant. I have since redecorated several rooms and each time headed straight for The Carpet Place. I have never been disappointed with either the price , the Carpet/ lino or the service. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Debbie, Mark and Derek at the Carpet Place/Floorworld were absolutely amazing! Their service was fantastic. All very knowledgeable and experienced. They went above and beyond with us recently when they did our hybrid floors. They rearranged their team to fit us in in the busy lead up to Christmas. Their team that laid the flooring were also very experienced, and helped problem solve a tricky area by giving us a few options. The floor looks truly amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Everything you want in a flooring service. Had two rooms carpeted. Provided prompt best quote from multiple quotes. Installed carpet the next day to high quality. Quick, easy, cheap, great quality job and good customer service. Would recommend to family and friends and use again if required to.
