I would have given 5 for the very helpful shelf stacking staff who went to great lengths to help me find a product. However this was hugely spoiled by the staff member in the manual checkout, who could see me struggling, I'm on crutches, and came by twice only to ask if I had scanned all the items in my trolley. I take great care to scan all my items despite how inadequately small the checkout trays are. No offer to help as I stood there hunched over in significant pain.

Almost on par with the Burwood One store. Recently renovated with much better self-serve checkouts and kiosks. The layout is still a bit clunky, but product availability seems to be better than at Burwood.

Shocking! Hot day, hot shop! Uncomfortable is putting it mildly. Think of your customers, staff and stock and get your air conditioning working asap or lose us.

Although a little mathematically challenged [see lime chilli chip photo] this Coles is slightly different to the normal Coles store. Yes, it's range of grocery, deli, bakery, items etc is near identical to other Coles stores. However, unlike most, it has the 'old school' clothing department. The isles are wide which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. There is also a Coles liquor store next door if you need boozeification. I'll go back!

My wife took some nappies with two little kids tonight at Vermont south Coles. She inserted $50 in the machine but the machine stopped working suddenly. The staff at the checkout can't make the decision, My wives and two kids had to wait for the duty manager at the checkout for more than 25 minutes. She was told they can't check the security camera now and they had to leave the nappies in the shop until they check the camera and call us to pick them up.I understand things happen sometimes, but the manager didn't show up until I arrived the shop 30 minutes after she called me . That's not the way the customers should be treated, especially to women and kids. I don't think the shop owners will be happy to know how they lost their customers. The duty manager' name is Zulky.

Whilst it has always been a great supermarket and had fresh produce, lots of choices and friendly staff, their recent renovations are peculiar. After coming out of COVID, which appears to be sticking around, I would have imagined wide aisles with lots of space to comfortably move past fellow customers, but instead, the aisles are narrow and customers can barely move past one another without rubbing shoulders.
