OCVM Group

Im not sure how this company gets business when every client has given 1 star to every office they run. I experienced this first hand where they were incapable of manging smallest issues for my building.

To say that I've been disappointed with OCVM group as the owner's corporation managers for my apartment complex would be a compliment to them. They have been nothing short of useless in their 2.5 years managing my apartment complex, and are possibly the most incompetent Owner's Corporation managers out there. They have been terrible to deal with, and their sub-par communication has cost the owners hundreds of dollars through doubling up of work, engaging with non-competitive contractors to complete works, and not having the owner's best interest in mind when negotiating contracts. We've been passed around between multiple Property Managers since we engaged them, and the Operations Manager in particular, Jasmin Bleeks, has been the most difficult property manager to deal with. There have been multiple instances whereby calls were never returned for urgent matters, and emails would only be returned days, sometimes weeks, after having chased her up multiple times. Avoid engaging with this company at all costs, it's not worth the hassle.

Worst Body Corporate...no response

The list of systemic and operational failures is extensive. In the interest of your well-being and financial health, I would highly recommend avoiding OCVM group.

Very happy with the service OCVM provides for our property in St Kilda. The property manager is very proactive which is extremely helpful for all owners.

If there is an option to give zero star I would definitely do it. The WORST WORST WORST body corporate I have ever seen. The operations manager Jasmin Bleeks, has the worst communication skill with the OC.1. I had to hire a lawyer to deal with this body Corp because they found a plumber climb into my balcony without telling me. Jasmin Bleeks who has the terrible communication with the OC. One day they just sent me an email saying I need to pay a bill because they hired a plumber to check my balcony water ingress without even asking my permission. Called to the office talked to the manager “Sheridan”, with her cold voice telling me I just need to pay for the money and without telling me what happened. How come I don’t even know there is a plumber came to my house and wrote a report??????2. Giving us the OC only 3 days in advance to accept a strata building insurance offer with 400% increase in our premium. The original insurer has noticed her in late August that the service is ended, but she chose to tell us on 29th sep which only allow us two days to seek other quotes.Please everyone avoid to use their service. VERY TERRIBLE. It seems like they don’t care their clients. If you choose to use their service then good luck!
