Staff were so lovely and friendly. Received a Brazilian and the staff made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Even Offered complementary coffee while I waited. A little on the pricier side but worth it for the service. Highly recommend for any first timers.

Had an appointment for an eyebrow wax one day before my formal that I booked a week ago, and they called day of and cancelled. I couldn’t find any other bookings. Really upset, and it was very unprofessional. I even paid in advance and had to go out of my way to get a refund. No business should be so unprepared that they don’t have a therapist on the day of a booking they reccomended.
