Great experienceI shopped around for furniture at many different furniture stores and could never make a decision, then I walk into waitrose furniture and felt confident I was ordering from the right store. Furniture at Waitrose Furniture is premium quality. Purchased a leather lounge here and it looks fantastic! Delivery drivers even helped to bring the lounge through the window frame, very good efforts going above and beyond.

Bought a makeup/dressing table and stool for my daughter online. Delivery was within the timeframe and while there were no assembly instructions in the boxes, when I called, I was emailed a link on how to put it together straight away. It was easier than expected and we are happy all around.

Purchased Isabella dressing table. Pretty disappointed in the quality. Had to glue front back onto drawer and tidy up paint work. Extremely light weight and low quantity material used. Welds in metal stand also terrible. From a distance looks good…up close cheap.

Furniture I bought last week was of great quality at good price.Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality experience.

Bought dining table and wooden frame chairs 6 months back (mid Aug’22), one of the leg of one chair broke in normal use, contacted waitrose as the furniture was still in warranty but they dont want to replace it even after I shared the video evidence of no physical force has been applied but post that no reply from them.Quality is not worth it ( if a chair cant even last 6 months), they dont even respect the warranty, not happy at all with the service, a very dissatisfied customer, never going back to them ever again and not recommended at all.Reply to your below response: I do agree you helped me with the 1st chair and I never lied to you about it as to how the head of the chair broke.Even for the 2nd chair I didnt lie to you, atleast Believe your customers, you infact mentioning I bought the 2nd chair to your shop and you saw the snapped leg are you serious??, I never bought the chair to your shop I just sent you the picture and just by looking at the picture you said a big NO. And darling it is really broken from the joint, it is literally broken from the leg and seat joint I can see the pins hanging which joins the 2 parts. Atleast you should have shown a bit of concern to see the chair and then judge in place of flatly refusing.Also the chairs are not a solid timber 20kgs, they are to be specific only 8.5 kgs.

what beautiful furniture!! i furnished my whole house using waitrose furniture, very good quality marble used, real leather available in over 100 colours, including my favourite hot pink colourRene was amazing to deal with, very friendly and patient, sending me lots of options and designs to choose from!cannot wait to use them again with my next house purchase!thank you!

The furniture and stuffs in there is good for sure. But the lady I had to deal with in there isn't really interested to serve customers. There was no one around she had to pay attention too. It wasn't closing time either but the lady seems to be busy by herself and avoiding us to even serve us with the information we needed. Too poor customer service. They definitely need to get a better salesperson in there.
