Order pizza on cheap Tuesday. One pizza was not cooked properly and another one was totally burned from edges and toppings was not spread evenly as well.worst pizza ever and would not buy again.Tried to call at store but no reply.Very disappointing.

Pizza Hut Tuart Hill
I ordered the Prawn garlic pizza and the creamy prawn garlic pizza which I normally order from South Lake Pizza hut which they do very well. However the pizza hut at Turat Hill messed up the toppings with hardly any prawns and cheese. Not creamy at all. A real disappointment. I will not be recommending this store at all.

WARNING if you're planning to pay before delivery! I pre-ordered online at 930AM for a work farewell at 12PM. No food arrived and the store refused to pick the phone multiple times. I called Pizza hut's helpline and they couldn't even get hold of the franchise manager. After waiting for 1 hour I tried to cancel my order but they wouldn't do it. The food arrived 1.5 hours late after we had already gotten food from elsewhere. Worst service I've ever received, will not be patronizing Pizza Hut ever again if they don't fix this for me.

Ordered pizzas that arrived as the complete wrong order, got told to go in store to resolve the issue, upon arrival i displayed my receipt and the incorrect order, they then said to me that its not there fault its the drivers fault even though they wouldve given the driver the pizzas? They told me they couldnt do anything about it and sent us on our way, great to see how this place has gone down hill in the last couple months

Ordered 2 pizzas and when they arrived, 2 completely different pizzas and one was severely burnt. Tried contacting the store to resolve it and was sent through to a voicemail system to which was told that there messages were full and to call again later. Not a happy customer.We went into the store to resolve it, returning with the untouched pizzas and the receipt, we were told that it wasnt their fault and they couldnt do anything to help usAbsolutely horrendous customer service

I ordered 6 items on March 4 for my daughters birthday, a doordash lady arrived to my place. She immediately told me two items were missing, and mentioned that she was trying to get the other 2 items listed on the receipt. According to her the staff at this Pizza Hut Tuart Hill branch that she talked to was so RUDE and didn't provide the missing items. I keep calling their hotline for 2 days but no one is available to talk to me. Until now I haven't received those 2 missing items or refunded my money back. This is really bad customer service, no wonder why this branch had a lot of complaints from their customers!!!!! This company should do something about those RUDE staff!!!!

After a BIG mess around (them not having Mac and cheese pasta and also getting a ‘share’ mushroom Alfredo but them only giving us a regular mushroom Alfredo.. the worst part was when we opened the regular mushroom alfredo there was NO PASTA… ONLY SAUCE!!Tried calling the branch 4-5 times but kept getting hung up on I was finally told “manager will be in at 5pm” as they were not understanding there was ONLY SAUCE!!Never going here again!!!

Person who answered phone had an accent that was extremely difficult to understand. Extremely high rise of price for both delivery andPick up service. Was only able to order a delivery of a pepperoni pizza last time I ordered as other standard pizzas on menu were at least $5 extra??? Thank goodness for good ol' Pizza Hut!!!

Mostly get delicious pizzas and great service.But unfortunately today wasn't that day. I orded two large Hot & Spicy Veggie pizzas.toppings were a joke and spread very poorly and didn't taste well and some of the slices only had onion on them some how and nothing else on them.Tried to call the store twice but no one asnwering.

Very disappointed with the way my order was handled.Apart from delivering the order almost 40min late, the staff at Pizza Hut Tuart Hill kept hanging on me every time I was calling them.Very unprofessional!!This will be the last time I'll be ordering pizza from here.
