Great customer service. Very reliable and the helpfull. Our fence looks like a million bucks. We live in a rural area and South Tweed Fencing went far and beyond to deliver our fence installed on time. Thank you to the Boyd and the boys. I rang and was told someone would call back in two days to arrange to to meet me on site. This has not happened.I rang again today the only number which is a land line number and was told to send a text message. My skills are not up to sending a text message to landline number. I went to their website and clicked on it only to receive a message it is not connected. Where to from here?

Boyd came out to inspect our fencing requirements, took measurements etc and said he would come back via email in a couple of days with a costing.Have not heard, seen or been able to contact since.Not good service.

Extremely poor service. Not only were my calls not answered from two staff members including the boss after numerous attempts, he never showed up for the inspection - without an explanation ?? Absolutely appalling, the company should be ashamed of themselves. Not even worth 1 star

There is never anybody there when I go there sent an email this morning with pick of what I was after and still no reply.So I went to the Shed behind them and spoke to Steve Lawton from from Aluminium Welding he looked at my pic got my measurements and gave me a quote there and then was happy with quote so Steve has got himself the job.
