I went into buy a Miele bagless until an amazing salesman offered some assistance in regards to home floors, area and how often I use my vac. He demonstrated a self-driving machine and gave me the ins and outs. After trying the machine in-store, I zippaid, loaded it in the car and took it home for a test run.. It's amazing (sauber) and the salesman was absolutely brilliant. No pressure, stuck to my budget and my machine is performing at home brilliantly. I can go back for after sales service etc. Great little business and professional service. Thanks guys

Walked in to enquire about some vacuum bags and Tyson who served me could not have been more helpful.For a product that cost $15 he could not have served me any better. I did not have the brand or model of the bag that I wanted and although it literally took him 30 seconds to work out he made me feel like no question was to difficult.I ended up booking my vacuum for a service and will probably go back in the coming weeks to buy another item that caught my eye. Purchased an ex display vacuum from Tyson, we had some issues with the docking station. Deebot unable to supply new docking station so we ended up with brand new complete system. Tyson was a champion. Thank you.

This review is not directed at the Coffs store, who are pleasant and friendly however I was sold a recommended Tineco Stick Vacuum and I have been very unhappy with the product. Completely over engineered. When you pick up a Vacuum cleaner you want it to do the job, press a trigger and off you go. This thing has sensors to detect dirt and applys suction to suit. Churns through battry life, and the filter constantly needs cleaning. You spend more time changing batteries, cleaning filters and empting the very small waist container which you need a degree to work out how to use. Ridiculous design and really bad product. Cost over $1,000 a year ago and have been persevering every since. Recently bit the bullet and purchased a V12 Dyson. Amazing product. My advice is be wary on in store demonstrations. I invite a contact from the store to discuss further.

Do not buy from Godfrey’s Coffs Harbour. Bought a $1200 Deebot vacuum, from the start it would not clean or do as advertised. Godfrey’s after sale service was disgraceful. Kept sending to Sydney, would keep it for weeks and return it saying it worked. It never did work. Then they would send it away again… returned and did not work.Called Deebot and they did trouble shooting and said there seems to be a computer problem and suggested to return it to where I purchased it for an exchange or a refund but Godfrey’s would not exchange or refund just threatened to charge me for a service. Bad after sale service!! Go else where!***********In response to your response Godfrey’s customer service. I did contact your department but you said to go to store and it was up to the person in charge of repairs and did nothing for me. I have maps from my vacuum , history logs showing it does not clean or return to base or empty. I do not see the point of emailing you… waste of myTime…….Terrible company!!

Very disappointed with godfreys. Put our wortheim stick vacuum in as it wasn't working (only 6 months old). The lady there stated it would only be a few day turn around and we should then have it back. We asked about loan vacuums and were met with a we have none" response - no other solutions given

We received outstanding service and advice when we originally purchased our vacuum cleaner. No pressure but lots of time given to us. A year later we were given superb and extremely impressive service for the product. Clear explanations about how to best care for it and all with professionalism and a smile. Thank you team - we will be back
