I ordered a name plaque for my new baby and when I received it, it was broken (ausposts fault not Arlo and co). Within four business days they had sent out a brand new one free of charge. Excellent customer service from their end. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a last minute gift for Mother’s Day (photo strip leather bookmark). Postage was incredibly fast, well packaged and great quality. My Mum will love it.

This is my second order with Arlo & Co and I have to say, their customer service is exceptional. First order, I ordered a calendar late in the year and they personally called, to make sure I had the right year. Second order (another calendar), they sent me a personal email, thanking me for choosing them again. The “Wall Calendar Decal” is such a great product, I can’t praise them enough!

The team at Arlo & Co went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s birthday board was made to my liking and arrived on time for her birthday (despite my late order).Their email and phone communication was polite, helpful, calm and definitely had a can-do attitude.My daughters birthday board arrived, beautifully wrapped and when I opened it, it was so perfect I could have cried! The design was exactly as the proof and the quality of the board and print is amazing. This place is the absolute best, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, the prices are reasonable, the products are WOW and Arlo & Co are an Australian Family business.
