Good alternative to the large well known hardware store for paint. Look out for specials. Parking can be an issue.

Were fantastic in providing advice on how to resolve a poor colour choice we made. The walls are a much more neutral bright colour now. Better paint and cheaper than bunnings. Don't waste your time at Bunnings for paint, go to a dedicated paint store with better products, superior knowledge and cheaper prices, go to Paint Stop frankston.

I wish to congratulate the staff at Paint Spot Frankston on the excellent customer service my husband and I have received in store recently. We are in the process of toning down the kaleidoscope of colours in the home we moved into and I have a few DIY projects on the go!Late Saturday afternoon we were served by Lisa. She went to a great deal of trouble to colour match a sample for us. She was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I returned tothe store today (Wednesday 2 November) to get a few bits and pieces and again nothing was too much trouble for her.A few months ago I was served by another lovely lady in this store who gave me a great deal of advice and encouragement for a bookshelf I wanted to paint. It turned out amazing! The staff are awesome. They give you time, attention and terrific advice. We are very grateful!We live in Keysborough so have the option of purchasing products from Paint Spot stores in Dandenong or Moorabbin. However, a recent visit to Dandenong left us less than impressed. Not only was the service slow, we were made to feel like we were a major inconvenience to the person looking after us. To top it off he left out part of the required tint. We will be travelling to Frankston for all of our painting needs in the future.Well done to the Frankston team. They are terrific!

Was watched closely as I parked in a loading zone out the front of the store on Nepean Hwy that has been poorly marked, they then phoned in the council serving a $160.00 fine.Not cool, if it's such an inconvenience while you're out the front of the store, just say something... there were 3 cars parked in that zone within the hour just from what I saw, pointing out how unclear the line marking is. I'm sure this is a regular occurrence, really wouldn't have hurt to speak up...

Good friendly service, the staff have a good knowledge of the products they sell, experts at colour matching.

Lisa at frankston is very good over the phone and in store, she knows alot about paint and products, very fast and efficient high level customer service. I have found over the years the paint spot offers very competitive prices and strong product knowledge.The point of difference you get the felling that Lisa is good at here job because she enjoys serving in the retail industry and this is not always an easy. Lisa I really appreciate your nice and polite phone manner, you save my time shopping around.
