Just Lashes

BEST SALON I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!! They have amazing customer service, the people working there are super sweet and professional. I was so, so happy with my lashes, the lady advised me toward the right set for my face/eye shape and made me feel super comfortable. :) My lashes have never looked better. I can’t wait to go back again!

The ladies at the Castle Hill store are so amazing ♥️I've had my lashes done numerous times and because my eyes are quite small the lashes can tend to look quite silly and fake! but the lashes that I got were so fine but long they look so beautiful and natural but you can definitely still notice them. I went to a wedding recently and lots of people commented how I have such a gorgeous long lashes and were shocked when I told them that they were extensions! made a long term customer out of me!! thanks ladies xxx

Was very hesitant getting my eyelashes done, spoke to the girls and they explained how they do the service. I am very happy with my lashes and the girls at Castle Towers are very professional and bubbly!! Looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended

Highly recommend! Natalie and Shaana went above and beyond with getting my lashes right after I had an unexplained reaction (at another salon).Natalie is amazing and very skilled. Not only do my lashes look better, they’re healthier.Thank you ladies :)

All of the ladies at Castle Hill are absolutely lovely and very professional..I love Emri especially.Natalie lashed me up a few weeks ago and did a beautiful job. As I was in the cycle where my lashes were a bit too short and stubby, she was unable to use as many lashes as she or I would've liked..she explained this all to me afterwards..i wasnt expecting a great result, but when I saw my lashes, they looked amazing!! Even better than the time before.Highly recommended.

It appears to have been merely a false statement written to counteract the negative review.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Worst lash experience I've ever had. The number of lashes placed for a natural lash ($135) was extremely sparse when compared to other lash extensions. They were placed crookedly at some points. Worst of all, they did not last even one full week (usually my lashes last up to 4 weeks) and I followed all the aftercare instructions and used appropriate lash shampoo. So disappointed

Tried this salon for a lash lift and tint after my experience at another salon in the centre was ordinary. Just lashes was more expensive for this service, $100, but I was willing to try it. My experience was poor - they marked me as a no show when I was 4 minutes late to my appointment and then continued to make me feel guilty for being late because there was an appointment directly after me. I offered to come back at another time because I ended up feeling so bad. Service finished with lash tint on my cheek and all under my eyes, to the inner corner. I didn't notice this until I went into another store so I returned and asked for something to try to remove the tint from my skin. Staff told me that I didn't need to remove it because it was not noticeable and would fade. I again requested something to remove it anyway. Won't return here.

I had a lash lift and tint. My lashes look horrible, worse than they did when I went in. They are over curled so they look shorter than they already are and she didn’t tint my lower lashes. Once it was finished and I looked in the mirror I told her they looked horrible and her response was that she wouldn’t recommend a lash tint for my lashes….after taking $100 from me for it. I’ve had lash lifts before and they’ve looked great. It seems that the ‘professionals’ at Just Lashes aren’t really all that professional. Of course I got no response from the feedback form I filled out online.

I have been to so many different eyelash places, and just lashes is 100% my favourite! however, the prices are just too high, $135 for an infill, i just can't afford unfortunately
