Staff today at DFO was super rude towards me when I asked a question about “bag” and she said “no... yah yah and rolled her eyes” and after I paid she has said “you are welcome” without I said anything... and again rolled her eyes” I will never more come back that ship and I wouldn’t recommended! She is definitely not going to ruin my Friday!

I was instore late Sunday 1st Nov looking for a simple small clutch bag. Found one that was nearly perfect.Staff (Lucy?) definitely won me over to come back to this store again - genuine good customer service (despite being an outlet store) that you sometimes don’t even get in a mainstream retail store.Despite minor flaws with the suede clutch I found - Lucy turned that stone into a timeless gem.Happy customer.

One staff member on who was absolutely amazing in answering random questions about the bags and advise of current sale. Fast, friendly customer service.

Unfriendly, rude and arrogant sales staff. I was going to buy a cosmetic bag as a present and I found a bit of faulty inside so I ask for a new one if they have stock. The sales staff said that’s the last one and they are 50% off from RRP because of faulty. I can get them full price if I want a perfect one. If she just said “sorry that’s the last one” i will just buy it and I won’t get so angry and walk away. Oh well, I won’t spend even a cent over here and I wouldn’t come back and I won’t be recommend anyone come here either. They are heaps of other choices in the market anyway. I feel soooo sorry to the owner of this business.

Poor sales staffSo disappointed by one of the female sales girl at collette dfo Brisbane today on 25/9 coz she refused us free gift when spending over 30$ ... just coz I exchanged bag while still at store , as I was buying gift fr my overseas sister who I am visiting next week and my sister changed her mind twice ... and sales girl said we not eligible stating it’s when you spend over 50$ ( but it was written 30$) n when we clarified she refused stating that we exchanged bag 2 times system doesn’t accept ...so ridiculous explanation . Poor staff.

Great place

I have never been so humiliated by a salesperson in a store in my life. I am an 55 year old woman in a portable electric wheelchair and was finding it difficult to get about the racks in the store. Several customers had assisted me moving racks with earrings out of the way. A staff member who was unpacking stock beside the counter did not look at me but I helping were stunned. My husband came to my defence and the staffer started yelling that she was not going to push 45kg fixture around. My husband was saying how about you just have some respect for the trouble she is in. The staffer then said that we looked like we belonged on Centrelink (not sure what that has to do with my disability but whatever). I had left the store with embarrassment. I ended up going back in and asking for the staffers name and the area manager’s phone number. The second staffer said I am not allowed to give out staff namers or managers number as they are private.

Very disappointed with the poor customer service I received. I went in looking for a bag that was showing up online as in store. When I asked about it the girl shrugged her shoulders and said it might be in a box. She made no attempt to even try to look for it. She was clearly not interested in helping or providing customer service. I walked out and the store lost a sale.
