The trainer was lovely and informative, kind and helpful. Willing to answer any questions and help step you through the process again if you missed an instruction. the facilities are clean and up to date. Very easy to get to via Train. Highly recommend the excel intermediate course.

The instructor was good. The course overall, was ok however if you want to practice what you've learned at the course you have to refer to the manual online. You are not given any manuals which also meant that for some of our staff who like to make notes, they couldnt.This was one of the many compaints that came through from my staff in that there was no course book and that they could not print the from the portal.To get a printed copy of the course material you need to pay $30. Not a significant cost but also not a huge cost saving in comparison to doing the course with other training institutes.Lastly, the machines that were provisioned for us to use during our session had versioning issues which meant that some of us weren't able to perform certain functions that the instructor was delivering or incurred an error.Needless to say I wont be booking any further courses for our staff at Nexacu.

Expensive and useless! Other training courses are way better! Nexacu (salesperson name - Laurence Wood) is a rude, horrible, and mean salesperson. Laurence has falsely accused and blamed the customer of clicking onto the wrong link although it is Nexacu's admin problem in the first place. Also, Laurence and the manager Ayisha refused to issue me a refund despite the anxiety inflicted upon customer and poor service provided. Even after a refund has been arranged, Ayisha used pressurising sales tactics to force me to sign up for other classes and did not issue me refund until I followed up to ask. Such disgusting and rude place that use pressurizing sales tactics and providing lousy service.

Course was good but you aren't given a copy of any of the material which is frustrating. You can order a book for an additional $30 but no PDF version is provided for you to download and reference back.Finished the course an hour earlier than expected, I would've liked to have been taken back and done a high level step through. Instead it was a question and answer round of what we did in what order, which unfortunately is not for me the best way to learn or retain information.At the end of the course the trainer stayed online and made sure we all left a review and then immediately logged off. I left a glowing review in the moment as I felt at the time the training was quite good but coming in today and wanting to go over the document material, which I could no longer access and realising the course went so quickly I had taken no notes (I tried but then fell behind so gave up).Recommendation is plan a proper recap of the day, then bring in a Q&A but it would be good to have visuals to accompany that. Provide all attendees with a soft copy. Allow students to leave reviews in their own time, not forcing them to review at the end of a days training.

Excellent training course experience @ NEXACU. Facilities are clean, modern and comfortable. Had an awesome tutor in Chris Rai who was very informative, helpful and professional in his delivery of the training course. Totally recommend NEXACU!

First time using Nexacu for training needs. Did the online course. Normally some would say it's less effective than in class training. However, I found the online course excellent . The instructor John explained and showed examples which I was able to take snap shots - one of the benefits of doing it online.

This course is fast paced and well presented. I was able to come away and produce a comprehensive and quality report for our business.The only negative feedback is that it may have been a bit too fast for some. My suggestion would be to add an hour or 2 to the day to do a bit more practice on the exercises.

Facilitators were very knowable and accommodating. They were willing to off tangent to be able to address individual's concerns/issues.There were sufficient break between session to ensure that we are engaged and not tuning out"."

Excellent training provider. Trainer had great knowledge of application but also practical uses, fantastic setup to encourage user learning. Would use them again!
