My family's experience is that RFBI are one of the aged care providers people are warned about. They lie about medical incidents, lie when investigated by the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner and act unethically in every way conceivable when confronted about their lowlife actions.RFBI are focused on profit before care and avoid any kind of accountability. They know the aged care system and used it to parasitically gouge every cent possible from our family.Beware of RFBI - be warned!!! Do not expose your loved ones to their kind of lowlife behaviours and standards. You will regret it!!
