Customer counter should be long table they should think about customer side comfort.Counter collection table should long.

Does not have much i need and the cheaper items like potato chips block of chocolate and many other goods maybe cheaper bit they are mostly imported from other countries and the taste and quality is not there prefer to pay more for better taste ...I can not understandWhy they can not pack the bags like the other supermarket chains and have to pay a fee to pay with credit card. It is cheaper but the taste and quality is not in there products

OK to get your groceries. Insufficient staffing.

Good variety of produce meat, grocerys toiletries. I dont shop there often though

Plenty of low price groceries. Their hot price specials are very good value.

This store follows the generic layout of most Aldi supermarkets. This makes it easy to find what you are after.

If you want an anxiety inducing experience and dull customer service, then Aldi Located in Gladstone park shopping center is the place for you! First of all, the layout is dismal and doesn’t cater for shopping for groceries with a young family! Cramped aisles, with one way traffic, the worst being the checkout section, where yr items are thrown back into yr trolley and yr left rushing on a squashed bench top to organise your own bags. Apart from a few different brands of sweets, chocolates and biscuits, and reasonable meat and poultry, your not making much of a saving for a family shop! Don’t waste your time, for a few more dollars you can have a more breathable experience at coles or woolies!

My husband bought me some special grapes.They were advertised as going out on sale today. They are so shriveled and dried out. There is no way of notifying the store to check this product, no phone number or anything.As for wheelchair access the entrance to the store thats fine But they should try getting anythong from their shelves or freezers from a wheelchair or mobility scooter its impossible and very frustrating. Plus how do you push a trolley when in a wheelchair or mobility scooter?

Please provide better trollies for the shoppers…not just big one..!.
