I dropped off some hats to have patches sewn onto them. The lady with the really short blonde hair was so rude. There was never a smile, a hello, or any politeness at all. She didn’t ask me any questions about what I wanted. Just wanted to get me the hell out of there. I just picked up the hats and they are so badly done. The seams are all crooked. It’s honestly could have been done by myself and would look so much better. I thought paying and getting it done by a professional would make it look a lot nicer but honestly I would avoid this place overall it’s just not a pleasant experience. Was not cheapeither!

Avoid this business. Payment in advance required for cleaning of daughters white wedding dress. On pickup, inspection revealed dress to be badly discoloured. He claimed the dress was yellow to start with, and he wasn't responsible, dismissed photos showing white dress as could have been altered". He then walked away leaving me standing at the counter. A return visit to deliver him with a letter of demand was just shrugged off

I can’t see? I’m not responsible”ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THIS MATTER HAS NOW BEEN REFERRED TO FAIR TRADING

I dropped my wedding gown in to be cleaned and preserved on 12th January and paid a 50% deposit ($300). I was told “your receipt says ‘ready 5th April’, but it will probably be done before that date. We just like to over-estimate.” It is now 26th June and I still have not received my gown. I have been into the store multiple times requesting an update and am given a different excuse every time. Can I please be told when I will receive my wedding gown back?! As you can imagine, it’s quite concerning being without your very expensive wedding dress for 6 months and still having no idea when you will receive it back!!!

I put in a leather jacket to be dry cleaned and they completely ruined it, Henry the owner was rude and would not compensate me for my jacket, told me my jacket was rubbish and I should throw it in the bin

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE FOR ALTERATIONSVERY DISSAPPOINTED! won’t be using again for alterations.They’ve had my bridesmaid dress for 2 months. I need it for tomorow, just called and it’s still not ready. I’m really scared it’s not going to be finished.The alterations lady has been “off sick” for 2 weeks. They have a lot of stores they promised last week that they would send it somewhere else if it wasn’t finished by Friday. They obviously did not.So I have a dress that cost $250 that’s been picked apart at the seams and not out back together... if it was just the hem it wouldn’t bother me, I’d wear it long.Edit: the job ended up holding together but when I looked at the work its extremely sloppy. I cant wear it again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! One star is one too many after the utterly disgusting service I received from this business. I wish I had read these Google reviews before taking my item to this dry cleaners. I dropped in a HARD brimmed, structured and quite expensive fedora to this dry cleaners and asked the man if he was able to clean some of the dust that had accumulated on the hat. He told me yes, he could clean it, but upon picking it up my once hard hat was now a floppy mess of what it used to be. After seeing my hat I was obviously quite upset and told the man he had ruined it and asked how he is going to rectify this issue. His response was that it is fixed
