Called Tony for a root cause analysis on my washing machine. He was responsive and arrived on time. And this is where the good news stopped. He opened up the washing machine and had a quick look however could not validate what exactly is wrong with it. Suspecting the motor or motor brushes but it could be anything. I was at least expecting to check parts, voltage on the system board, etc, things that would help narrow down the issue. Could be a lack of familiarity with the washing machine brand or model. His explanation didn't instill confidence. To his credit, he only charged half of the callout fee, however I don't believe this was the right thing to do as I was not given a proper diagnostic: only an assumption.

I contacted Tom in regards to my washing machine leaking and he said he could come and take a look at it the next day. He looked at it and said it wasn’t leaking but it clearly had water on the floor under the washing machine. He still took a call out fee of $110 just to tell me he doesn’t know where it’s leaking from. Don’t recommend!!!

Our oven stopped working. I called Tony in the morning and explained the situation, and he made time that afternoon to come and look at the problem. He quickly identified the issue and had the part on hand to fix it on the spot. Would recommend.

Tony did a great job fixing the spark in our gas stove and cleaned the internal parts as well.He was professional and responded in timely manner. He also tried to fix the position of our dishwasher but it didn’t work out so he was kind enough to refund the money.His prices were competitive and best in the market.Highly recommend him.I’ll definitely hire him again in the future and would highly recommend him.He’s prices were also competitive and best in the market.
