Wont use services again - they even rated themselves only 80% effective when called out to review the service. Also watch out for the contact terminology that states the contract renews for 2 years at a time without consultation and harassment when trying to terminate their services.

Job was poor quality, complaints were made with video evidence and not acted on. Company is now trying to harass us into for continuation of the contract despite all this and a more than adequite notice period. 10/10 would not reccomend to anyone. Advise to avoid.

They treat their franchise really bad. I used to be one of them. Now I run my own business. They lie to their own workers.Buying bussines with them was my biggest mistake. They over charge clients for supplies consumeables. They under cut contracts. Which franchise will pay work hard they don't care. They just wants their own commission. Please do not buy business with them bunch of thugs.

Terrible company to deal with. If you are looking to be locked into your contract without being told, stay away. You can never get hold of anyone when there’s a problem but they are quick to respond to opportunities that involve earning extra cash. Cleaners forget to change bins, use the same mop in all areas which is gross. I had one cleaner at my medical site using a toilet mop in a treatment room. Stay away people and use a company that’s been around a lot longer and knows how to clean.

A fairly quick inspection after they had been through showed cobwebs, blue tac still on walls, dead cockroach in the pantry and dirt on the carpets. I'm not that fussy, but I feel I need to go in and finish the job myself, yet they made out like they did me a favour and did extra for the money. Certainly won't be calling them again.
