My drawing therapy session with Mia was very positive. I was suffering from depression and anxiety due to work and family issues and it was good to release my complex emotions in drawings and let go all my fear, sadness and anger. Mia is very experienced, patient and knowledgeable art therapist and I highly recommend Mia for a therapy session.

We started clay lessons with Mia as I wanted to explore whether it would have any impact on my 7 year-old son's behaviour and focus levels.After five sessions his classroom teacher asked me if we had changed or done anything different at home as she had noticed a shift in his behaviour into a more more positive one.He even received two awards that same week, one for “positive behaviour”, the second for putting in a great effort with his presentation project.At home we’ve seen a general improvement with his general motivation and happiness every day.I can only think maybe it is the clay? I told the teacher about the sessions and she said yes possibly.Thank you Mia
