Sydney Car Wash

Very poor handling of my car put my mats on the floor where other cars washing. Mays were dripping when got hone Splashed polish oily surface Did not clean properlyat all .I was trusting to get multiple wash vouchers Requesting refund but will gather courage to go get my money.

I don’t know what’s wrong with those car wash place nowadays, their false ads needed to be stopped! You never get $10 wash with those people, and now they charge $5 to dry your car after their wash! Are you kidding me? And they don’t feel embarrassed at all when I asked them about their false ads banner!

Used this place once and they did a decent job. The next day I purchased their 10 washes for $300 package. Went back a few weeks later and they had closed up shop. No success contacting them via phone or Dept of Fair Trading. $300 down the drain!

OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF CAR WASH!!!!First time we went to have the car wash a couple of years ago it was really good so next time we went we end up buying a coupon for ten washes.After we bought them the quality of the washes have been decreasing considerable, always missing spots and car still dirty.The worst part is now if we want to use those car washes left you have to pay extra or they won’t do it and with the excuse of sanitize is compulsory and more expensive but this is compulsory since Friday but it wasn’t on Wednesday that we brought my husband’s car and there was no issue.And the manager or owner…. Doesn’t even care!!!

I don’t usually post reviews but this was such a terrible experience I had to! First of all, the manager who first walks up to you will try to pressure me to upgrade package to a “polish” package for an extra $250 bucks. Don’t not fall for this apparently he does this to everyone and he is drunk today. Secondly, after waiting over an hour I was told I better walk up to the local cafe because it won’t be done for another 2 hours at least. One lady was waiting for her car wash trying to help us out but unfortunately It didn’t happen . Why would the manager try to make everyone upgrade knowing that they are so incompetent in their service already for a basic wash and clean?! After one and half hour waiting, myself and multiple other people walked out cars not even touched! I honestly cannot believe how bad their customer service is! I hope you review your management because the bloke running the joint is absolutely hopeless in all aspects! Cheers for the day waster!Note* managers name was Noni/Nodi or something like that! I wouldn’t give him the time of day if I were anyone!

Came here after work around 6pm. The sun sets already & the place is not bright enough. Considering they did a fairly good job in inadequate light without any waiting time, I'm quite satisfied. I've experienced a better service & better waiting room, but probably this one is a good option around the area.

These guys are amazing .. on the hottest day they did the best job! To top OT off one of the cleanest public toilets I have ever been in. Very good prices as well.

One of their employees try to guilt me into charging an additional $50 on top of the groupon voucher I already paid for.I also dropped off the car and was informed it would be an hour wait, so I left and returned an hour and half later and they only vacuumed it in the time. I understand they were busy, but had to leave. Good thing was the manager said I could bring the car back later.I brought the car back a few days later and again the same employee try to charge me $50. I had to say ‘no’ several times. To be fair, I offered to repay for the vacuuming and it was upsetting how pushy they were.I finally spoke to manager and he said not to worry about it. They finished cleaning the car and it looked fine on the outside, but it was still dirty on the inside and I just left. I felt so uncomfortable by the end of it. I’ll just go elsewhere next time.

On 7th Aug 2022 arrived at 3.40am wash due to an accident in the car from a customer and place is closed. Google page showing 24Hrs open. Provided phone number doesn't work.
