I just completed level 1 course and owner of business was well aware i needed guidance and training. He employed me based on this, within a day of employment he was very unprofessional to a point of putting me down and swearing at me, terrible negative attitude towards larger companies and previous staff members and bad mouthing them to me. A very negative man and despite of this was very unorganised and not willing to put time or effort into a level 1. Health and safety was far from him first priority as I was left unsupervised in tasks. safety was huge during course and he was not someone I wanted to be taught by making short cuts especially considering safety should most definitely come first in this industry.
