Ange is the most fantastic Personal Trainer!She really takes the time to get to know you, your body and your specific goals and makes individual programs to suit everyone! No copy and paste program like some PT's use. She has so much knowledge of the mechanics of the body and is great with working through any injuries. Ange also has such a great personality and vibe that makes training enjoyable.

Ange helped me achieve results motivating me with a positive growth mind set and helping me identify what my strengths are and the areas I needed to improve. Ange was able to articulate what my body specificly needed to become fitter with realistic expectations. Ange is very friendly but very willing to push you hard to get results.
