Star Car Wash - Roselands Shopping Centre 1

I took a 2 door work ute, that was pretty dusty to be cleaned. Being a 2 door Ute, there is only half a car to clean.They charged me $120 to clean it, Charing extra because it was “dirty”Ofcourse it’s dirty, I would be paying to clean it if it wasn’t dirty.Then when I get the car back, it is still filthy. When I asked them about why it was still so dirty they said “because it was very dirty when you brought it in”So they charge extra because it’s dirty, but they won’t actually do extra work on it to clean it.When I say it was still dirty, I’m talking about running my hand across the dash board and ending up with a dirty hand.They were so rude to me when I tried to get them to finish the job.

Got a wash n vacuum. All ok but they couldn’t find my key when I picked up. Gave me someone else’s. They had to search all the cars to find them. Better key security required!

The absolute biggest waste of $75 I’ve ever paid. Took my 4WD there for an inside/outside clean & after 1.5 hours you would THINK, it was going to come out blinding me from its shine. But no, atrocious… we had to redirect them to the many spots they decided didn’t need cleaning & wait even FURTHER for it to be finished. This is just SOME of the actual final results after all that nonsense. Still not clean :)DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE TIME WASTERS. Don’t call yourself a car wash if you actually can’t wash a car. Maybe a car mini scrub.

Expensive for the value, after I left the car wash I realised that they missed a lot of spots that I had to clean it myself.Not really professional car wash.I won’t use them again!

Pros: middle console, floors, steering and exterior done well.Cons: everything else done poorly. Windows look terrible in the sunlight. Like dirty water was possibly used. I expect better for $72. Won’t be going back.

I came in to get my car washed, even though they were busy, I asked if they could get my car ready in 45mins.I am very pleased with the results.My car was super clean!!! Fantastic serviceDefinitely go back again!!

Was told I did my booking wrong when all I did was select the services I required. For the money I paid, the clean should have been so much better. It was not horrible but just not worth the money in my opinion.

Do not go here!!! Paid $60 for interior and exterior clean, the interior looks like it wasn’t even touched! Still very dirty! Tyre shine on half the tyres, rude service the list goes on. Didn’t put the park brake on and my car rolled backwards lol. Absolute amateurs

Worst experience ever. I got platinum service for my car for 57$ and they have not cleaned my car from inside at all. I don't recommend them at all.
