We were very comfortable in our roomUnfortunately I found the pool a little cool even on a very hot day. I would re-book. It was a very convient location.

Great service. Room clean. I think we should also go to small motel running by individual owners rather big fancy hotel run by giant overseas corporates. We need to support small businesses.

Very clean, great service, however found bed to be very uncomfortable. I sat on it and it felt like a rock. Very rough sleep. But nice place

very disappointing. needs a lot of tlc. water hammer on all tap outlets both hot and cold. joinery doors need adjusting, a simple 5minute fix with a screwdriver. But worse for us is that we stayed for 3 nights at full price and absolutely no servicing of our room. would have expected our bed made and a change of towels.I could go on with a few other issues suffice to say will not be staying here again.

Was a lovely stay. A little slippery in the shower. Room was spacious the fridge freeze a little our milk. Great for a night stay, friendly staff All happy to help when needed.Thank you ! Really appreciate it

Ideal spot to stay. Although close to the heart of Frankston and the murals/Wonderwalls the location is quiet and in a residential area. Particularly liked the sink, microwave and crockery and cutlery. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Good easy location. Very friendly service. Our room was big and spacious. Great heater, comfy beds, very clean, good kitchenette, Good parking outside our door, Would definitely stay here again.

Great little place to stay, room was tidy, amenities were clean, towels/linen provided. Shower nice and hot! Kettle and microwave for food and drinks. Helped myself to lots of hot coffee/tea provided!Thank you!

Great stay. I booked last minute purely because it was cheap so I didnt expect much. When I got there, the staff were friendly, the room was big, clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, beds comfortable and shower clean. It was a 7 minute Uber ride to the beachfront/city centre. If you want value for money, but not giving up on quality, Frankston Motel is worth the stay.

Had the last available room. It was roomy, clean and comfortable.Suited our needs for the 2 night stay. Very friendly host.
