Very good to deal with bin emptied usually a day after the phone call to say bin is full been with remondis a long time in residential collection they go out of their way to help(Good job Remondis)

From a business perspective and local community support, Remondis simply does not rate at all. They literally are the pits.Our business, Load N Go Rubbish Removal services the Wollondilly areaI came to the Picton Remondis site during lockdown to dispose of waste and I was turned away as we were asked for a certificate of being 'essential worker'. i advised him that such certificate doesn’t exist and we are a Rubbish Removal business (waste services) we are considered essential as per Service NSW allowable businesses.The person at the gate house insisted that without a certificate we would not be allowed in, despite disposing of the rubbish is contactless & we are a business.I have researched in length & also spoken to Service NSW and no such certificate exists or is required.As I was turned away I still have the rubbish on my truck.I sent a formal complaint via email with no response. I rang them and the head office also defended their actions demanding that if we want to use their service we need to have the letter and for us to get the boss to write one - when i responded i am the boss, they said then to write it yourself.- Seriously, what kind of official letter is that!All i see is that no-one is making sense anymore and exercising their power. These are already extremely difficult times & to have your own rules and not allow me to dispose of the waste/rubbish and demand a certificate that doesn’t exist is just unfathomable.Not only do they need to educate and ensure their staff & management are current with the health orders and the requirements, they cannot be demanding and turning away someone who is within their right to use this service.Don't use Remondis, you are better off driving that extra way and go to Bargo Tip who have a sense of community and always accommodating.

Terrible company to deal with. Typical big business bullies overcharging small business i have taken all my commercial services of this company and will never deal with them again!!!

I had put out my green recycling bin to get empty with wood itA guy across the road put his green bin next to mine with a distinctive number two on it and I'm at 6he's been got empty and my bin got ignored that's really great!! Of theses mobsnot the first time it's happened but now I'm sick and tired of itVery poorUnfortunately there's no other companies you can use to do the same job

I called and left a message for Remondis after hours. I was 8 minutes late so that's my fault. I thought I would follow up with a call at 8am this morning, the day that they empty bins in our area. 'Kirsty' told me that they had already completed their run in my area at 8am? My wife is at home all day and told me that's nonsense as they usually come in the afternoon on the days that they empty our bins, so either 'Kirsty' is lying, or the customer service department has incompetent people working for it . I think a bit of both... Update on this. Today Remondis came to empty our bin at 12h40, so I have been lied to twice now by their supposed customer service" people. I was contacted by their customer service last week

What's one of your waste management employees doing littering?Saw this fool chuck a sandwich bag out the window at a truck stop on Remembrance Drive

Never come when they say, always an excuse for forgetting to come when booked in. When asked to complain to a manager I'm always told I'll be called back and the never do.Forced to use them as no one else does effluent pump out in my area.
