This cafe has gone down. Rude service. No one greets you on multiple occasions. They forget to double cup oat lattes eventhough Campos has told them there is a manufacturing issue with the cups so I've burnt myself and wasted coffee.

Second time ordering from this joint.Ordered a mocha and instead I got watered-down coffee. Even the coffee from Maccas tastes better.On a final note, the staff really need to up their friendliness game!Have never been served by someone so rude until now,Very disappointed and I won't be recommending this cafe to any of my friends.

I come here 6 nights a week and they've never disappointed. Always great coffee. Not the cheapest but you get your moneys worth.

You can definitely always count on the staff here to be incredibly rude, dry, racist and unfriendly, no matter how friendly you are to them day in day out. I come here out of sheer convenience because it is on my doorstep but I think even that won’t entice me anymore. It’s fascinating how one minority group who can hardly speak English themselves are able to be openly racist toward another minority group. They are continuously and openly racist toward Muslims which is interesting given the demographic of the location. I would give them zero stars if I could. As for the coffee. Not sure what they are serving but it’s not coffee, it’s some watered down version. Would not recommend this place. I’ll be walking on by from now on, I’d rather give my money to someone else.

Coffee is good but they leave so many cartons of milk on the bench which they shouldn’t… should be in the fridge. Few other people have complained about this. Not the best food safety standards

The staff here are unbelievably rude and abrupt. I've usually tolerated it due to convenience, but not anymore. There are lots of other fantastic coffee shops in the area now. But this review is more about the waste of money this shop is. I've bought coffee here a few times and the last couple of times has been very disappointing. My partner drinks a cappuccino and twice now the cups seemed super light. Once all the froth is scooped out, this is the quantity of coffee provided! What the hell? If we pay for a large, we expect a large serving. Not half a small. This is not okay. Unfortunately we had driven off on both occasions and we've been unable to ask for an exchange. However I have provided this feedback to them in person, after the fact, and nothing has improved. Disappointing

I rate this cafe' a 2 out of 5 for the following reasons:Service; Coffee was okay, did not listen to my request to make it 'extra hot', the coffee was normal temperature. Un-friendly service which is unacceptable for a small coffee shop, I would advise improving this aspect. During COVID-19 shutdowns, with café’s feeling the brunt of the reduced clientele, café’s need to put their best foot forward. The friendliness level of this cafe' needs to improve dramatically.Café facilities; Did not use the facilities (toilets) therefore, I will rate accordingly. This small café’ has seating directly in front of the café’ on the street, some seating in the café’ (small bench area with bar stools).Cleanliness; clean tables and clean bench at first glance.Café’ Parking; Unfortunately, there is no dedicated café’ parking, there is however on-street parking in front of the café’ and at the shopping centre.Point of difference; This café’ has a lot of Stephen king books gracing the shelves, when I asked the staff if they were available for the customers to read, he replied, the owner likes books and has left the books on the shelves, not for customers to read. That’s a pity, I would have rated this a 'first coffee shop that has books available for the customers' (it would be a point of difference, contrasted with other café’ shops in the areaOverall, the low mark is primarily due to the un-friendliness factor and not listening to what the customer really wants.I rate this café’ low 2 out of 5.Click like if you found this review helpful.Thankyou.

Anyone that says their coffee is great really doesn’t understand coffee. This joint serves the worst campos coffee ever. If the campos coffee company was smart they wouldn’t supply their name to be advertised by this cafe. They are just giving the campos name a bad name. Very foul tasting coffee I have bought from there for the sheer convince many times but not anymore. And their other joint 2 doors down is just as bad.

A ruder lot of people I have never seen in my life. Rude, obnoxious staff. I will never step foot in that place again. Serves me right for not checking the reviews beforehand. And don't get me started on the 'coffee'. If you want a watered down cup of coffee with unforgivably rude customer experience then this is your place. Never again.

Very disappointed with their coffee and service (staff behaviour) after trying many times. I saw them using the left over coffee in cup to make new coffee and when I request for fresh coffee the staff are very rude.Attention to the owner: I’m a local here. Amongst your 2 coffee shops, inside the Chester Square shopping centre one is EXCELLENT!! However, the Priam st one is WORST. Hope you take necessary action.
