We were looking for an electrician to install our vehicle charger - we contacted several electricians online asking for a quote. Eric responded within a few hours, came onsite, gave us a reasonable quote and installed the charger - all within a few hours. In comparison, the others we contacted got in touch about 4 days later. We were impressed with the friendly and responsible service and would recommend Eric and his team any day!

Eric and his team recently helped me complete my new units renovation.They did fantastic work at a very reasonable price and worked as quickly as possible to get my very extensive works completed (completely new lights,new fans, installed 3 aircondition units, bathroom exhaust fan, new fire alarm systems and upgraded the powerboard). They were knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent and realistic feedback about what options were possible as well as offering a number of solutions and did everything in thier power to make my vision come alive. Eric and the guys did an amazing job upgrading/installing new lighting and fans around the house. They were also able to do a few extras on the day such as replace old/broken switches on request. The house now looks amazing and has excellent lighting. Awesome job bright star electrical!

I have engaged Bright Star Electrical to fix lights and mount the TV to the wall. Eric and his team did excellent job. Communication and response was really good. Good customer service with less fee. Eric did a free service for me mounting the speaker to the wall. Will surely recommend for friends and family for any electrical upgrade work.

Friday morning we woke up with no power at all, which didn't give us the chance to ask for several quotes. We needed power asap. Eric came the same day and managed to get us back on power to be able to run the fridges but not more as the connection between the street box and the meterbox was broken and we needed to replace the main line. After 3 nights with candle lights and camping cooker Eric and his boys came back on a Tuesday to run a new 70m connection from the street through the yard and then under the roof to the meterbox. It must have been more than 50 degrees under the roof but hey did it. We were very impressed. I expected an enormous bill as we engaged Eric without getting a quote as it had to be done asap. The final cost came in at a figure i was expecting after the time and material they were using. So I don't feel that Eric abused our situation and gave us a fair deal.
