One of the best massages I’ve had! Got a 40 min back and shoulder massage and I felt so good and relaxed afterwards. It’s close to the kids drop and shop too in the shopping centre so I got to relax while my child got to play. Very friendly staff and great service. Would definitely recommend!!

Attended this clic for a treatment and was very pleased with this clinic. The clinician was on time and very friendly and professional. I felt a lot of pain relief following my treatment and as this was my first time at this clinic I was pleased that the clinic was clean and offered a relaxing environment and was not cluttered or noisy.In regards to the previous review complaining about the HICAPs problem: I had no trouble claiming the treatment through HICAPS as I told them prior to the appt that I would be claiming a health fund rebate so they made sure my appt was with a health fund approved clinician and not a trainee. Health fund approval is granted to the individual practitioner based on their training and qualifications and is not granted to a clinic itself so there may be staff or students who do not hold a current Health Fund provider number. This is sometimes an issue with complimentary therapy clinic so just be mindful and always tell staff up front when you require an approved Health Fund provider to do your treatment.

Prices are exorbitant. Price listed for reflexology was $65. After the massage I was told $68 reason being it was a health massage and not a relaxing massage. On top of it I was charged another 1.5% for using a credit card. The massage was only for 40 minutes.

Disappointed. Have been here once before (years ago) and it was good but went in today for a deep tissue massage and it felt like a remedial massage. I do seek massage therapists that are strong because I have a high pain tolerance, so having the male masseur seemed to make sense. He was lovely and professional but rarely used his elbows because he was too afraid of hurting me even after I had said on multiple occasions that he was too soft.I’m skeptical to go back now and am really disappointed that not only did I waste my time, but my boyfriend wasted his money on this for me. He paid for this in an attempt to relieve my stress from Uni and well, it only made me more frustrated.If you enjoy a thorough massage, maybe don’t bother, or go with the woman my boyfriend got (not that that helps haha)- she used her elbows straight away.Overall, everything else about this place is good. The staff are really friendly and the facilities are small but nice, clean and accommodating.

Went and they had time for a massage on the spot. Even better they had a hicaps machine to take payment.The massage was a good pressure and the first time ever they actually listened and focused on my shoulders.

Very poor communication and don’t listen to where you have pain to focus work on.

Massage was relaxing and helped with some pain I’ve been having in my mid-upper back from weight training. Got 1 hour back, shoulders and neck with essential oils. Thank you Kylie!

Absolutely fantastic! I hurt my back and have been bent over with intermittent shooting pains over the last 3 days. The best I could manage was a shuffle I went in today on the off chance I could be fitted in here without an appointment. I had Ray. I walked out with a spring in my step. Absolute miracle. I would recommend without hesitation. Thanks Ray!!

Booked an appointment in the morning for a massage in the evening. When I went at the appointment time, they were dismissive and after 10 minutes admitted they over booked. Absolutely no customer service bordering on extreme rudeness (by somebody who looked like the owner. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
