Could not recommend more...Paul is gentle, caring and very reasonably priced.Your pets couldn't be in better hands.On a personal level, I want to extend a heartfelt thankyou to Paul...Just before Christmas, I took my dachshund in to get her nails clipped and found hundreds of dollars($50 notes) on the doorstep. I gave them to the only other client there who said Thanks" and left.Not only did Paul refuse to take my money...he gave me $50!Restores faith in the race..."

My two spoodles were weeks overdue for grooming, their ears & coats pretty tangled up inspite of my efforts to keep them tidy. Paul & the staff at Snugglepup went above & beyond, looked after them beautifully. They have a sleek new hair cut now, smell divine & still look super cute. Grateful :)

Moved down here from Gold Coast didn’t know any groomer’s for my OllieTried one & when I pick up my boy he had clipper’s marks all over himWhat to snuggle Pup well they just took so much care with Ollie it took a little while to get him back to where we are all happy now on how Ollie looks well done to you all for your care & great cuts for my dog he is so happy when he goes in and when he comes home a different dog would recommend this groomer for any one to go toGreat team & thank you Paul for putting us at easeKind RegardsPatrick Deborah & Ollie scala

Love the service here , Charlie looked so good when i picked him up and smelled so nice. I had used this service before with my old dog who has now passed away. Paul and the team have improved the building it is so welcoming and they take their time with your pet so they dont stress. I thoroughly recommend anyone to come here to get their pets groomed, price is very reasonable as well for a full groom. Thank you and we will be back in a few weeks for Xmas groom.
