Came in today to fix issues with my computer and liked Jerome from the moment he greeted me warmly and said hello. He was very attentive, immediately set about to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. He went above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, friendly and committed to his customers. Don't be put off by the clutter. He explained the difficult personal circumstances he is experiencing, which leaves him with little time after hours to revamp the shop as needed.He even offered to teach my son how to build a computer from scratch. Wonderful guy. Very happy to support this local business and member of our community.

Arrived from UK and found that my DELL laptop was DOA - no life at all. With a critical schedule to meet, I was in a panic. Jerome was able to identify the problem (a battery failure which was shorting out the power input) and to supply a new battery, check out the other hardware components and have me up and running within an hour. Brilliant service - wish we had similar in the UK. Well done, Jerome.

Called Jerome on a busy day for him as he had a workswor full of repairs in progress.He still offered to come to my home if I couldn't bring my laptop to him.Took it to the workshop with the common BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH problem which he quickly diagnosed as a hard disk failure.He explained my options and then to my surprise offered to fix it while I waited even though he hadn't even had lunch at that time to save me having to return for the repair later.So rare and so pleasing to find that level of service in a local computer specialist.I can't recommend him highly enough to anyone with a computer problem.Morgan Sheehy

Great customer service, and very friendly man. There are very few ‘genuine article’ computer repair people left, who don’t want to rip you off, and this bloke is one of them.He is down to earth, down for a chat, and can fix anything.Best of all, he won’t rip you off, and he actually fixes your computer, not just kind of repairs it so you’ll come back.Great bloke, definitely come back with any of my technological problems!5/5
