Love how my teeth have turned out. The time estimate they originally gave me ended up being shorter. Dr Vaughn makes sure that you are happy with your teeth before he lets you know whether he is happy with how they have turned out before he recommends a de-band appointment. All very lovely staff

My brother and I both came here for orthodontic treatment and both couldn't be happier! The staff are always lovely and smiling, and dr Vaughn is amazing at what he does! We absolutely love our smiles and always recommend to our friends who are interested! We couldn't be happier!

Would not recommend. After paying $7,000 twice for two of my children's teeth I was told that this amount included everything. It does not! We needed aftercare and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars. I went to a different dentist and used private health which cost me nothing. Absolute rip off. They shouldn’t tell people the cost is all inclusive if it isn’t.

Funny how you post a review and it’s deleted because it’s not in favour of the practice.Shameful treatment of generous paying patients. Shameful treatment of the head orthodontist towards junior staff. Shameful treatment by the reception staff towards patients.Treatment was rushed, despite voiced concerns. They also gaslight you when it comes to payment inclusions with treatment. Additionally, they no longer provide re-treatment to previous patients despite it being in a signed contract at the start of treatment. What a joke. Sure, don’t provide NEW patients with this, but atleast honour your existing and past patients who were promised this.Joke of a practice.

I had my braces done there two years ago. The reason I had gone to dr Peter Vaughn was because of a promise and signed contract that said if my retainer that was put on after my braces broke that it would be repaired without charge, if we paid extra for the retainer. A week ago it had become lose and I went to get it repaired, HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $140 for a 5minute job. I explained that I had paid extra for the contract which said that I would get free replacements. They said that it was no longer valid because dr Vaughn has changed his policy, and charged me anyway. We were scammed and he doesn't keep to his contracts. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

3rd time round with braces and I picked the best. No trouble this time. Dont bither with dentists who are using offsite computer generated models. He picks the one you need rsther thelan the one methid they can do.

After treatment series for my son: I am not a fan.RESPONSE: You seem to have entirely forgotten you wrote a long letter to me following my complaint. While your position here appears to be considerate of the nature of my complaint, this earlier letter you sent me was not. You refuted every aspect of my criticism and sided wholly with your employee as being without fault and blameless. Herein lies the beauty of google reviews. It forces service providers to be considerate of the customer - even when (in truth) they don't want to.

They have had my previous review deleted so I'm writing it again. This is the worst practice. Once they have your money they will rush you through your treatment. They do not care about their customers or if they are happy with the results. I paid over $9000 and had to go to another practice to get my teeth fixed. AVOID them. And yes admin I was a customer so stop pretending I wasn't in your attempt to discredit my review!

Terrible customer service.I don't usually write negative reviews unless I feel they are truly warranted and in this instance I certainly feel it is. I called Live Life Smiling to inquire about retainers being made and was told they would be about $400 each for the top and bottom and an additional $60 consultation where they would take molds of my teeth. I did the consultation, at which I asked several people to confirm the price of the retainers, no one knew. I paid for the consult and left after they told me they would email me a quote for the retainers, which I assumed would be around the $400 ballpark. Later that day I received the quote which was $3,500! To go from $800 (for both the top and bottom) to $3,500 is insane. After speaking to the office manager she told me that she doesn't know who gave me that price and that it's that price because the orthodontist will adjust them for a year. However, I never asked for that service and simply wanted to have retainers made. At which point I was told they don't even make this particular type of retainer unless they are going to adjust the teeth for you. This is yet another thing that I was not told/misinformed about when initially calling. After complaining, the office manager said she would call the lab that makes the retainers and get back to me to see how much the retainers would cost by themselves since I already had the molds taken. It's been over a week know and I have not heard back. I tried calling the office twice and was immediately hung up on. I've wasted $60 on the consult and my time. This is absolute terrible service and extremely unprofessional. Do not trust any quotes/price estimates they give you on the phone!In regards to the owner's response to my review, you clearly don't remember my situation. I didn't have retainers with metal before to begin with. And you did not offer me $800 for retainers, that was the quote and it was not honored. I would have been happy to pay for that and asked multiple times for the original rate of $800 for just the retainers. Get your story straight!
