Excellent customer service ( the people on the phones know their product, very friendly, customer focused), excellent product range, competitive prices, . I will be using this company again and again, and I will recomment strongly this company to others. I cannot say anything bad about Superior Brass, there is nothing bad about them. They are a brilliant company, they employ excellent people who know their product, I wish all the companies I deal with are like them.. 5/5

I had a builder at my place installing a door handle and we discovered we were missing some screws (not great). However, I called the company, described the missing pieces and they had them sent out to my house within an hour (I wasn't far away).Incredible service. Can't speak highly enough.Thank-you to Peter for dealing with it so quickly.

Our front door latch has snapped twice in the same place in the 4 years we since we built our new home. There is clearly a weakness in the tiny bit of metal that holds the latch to the main body of the lock. It has cost me hundreds in locksmith call outs and replacement lock costs as the door cannot be opened once the latch fails. My current locksmith rang the sales rep after the latest failure who offered to sell him a new mechanism. No acknowledgment of the recurring issues or offer to rectify at their cost. $155 for the replacement plus labour to fit. Never again. Stay away from this poorly manufactured lock.
