The new owners are Really kind, hard working and know what the are doing, they cared a lot about my customers service and giving me the best price, would recommend them to anyone in the area keep up the good work guys!

Marty is so helpful, he doesn't talk down to me or over me to my husband. He always takes time to explain services and my cars issues. I would highly recommend.

I found the staff to be nice enough however I booked my vehicle in for a roadworthy inspection but they used another company to do the work which I was not advised about. The other company that did the inspection then used improperly trained/inexperienced staff to do the inspection and multiple points that came back on the RWC inspection made no sense at all. For example apparently my horn has the incorrect tone when its a Toyota genuine horn and well and truly loud enough and also I've apparently also got a brake hose going to my differential (It's actually a breather hose). Upon discussing the issue with the staff at Beacie service centre they agreed that some points were unjust or weren't logical and yet still charged me the full amount for the inspection and told me that I had to chase it up with their contractor.

Do Not Trust this mechanic, his name is Matt , charged for parts and labour, I took my car to another mechanic because I had a sneaking suspicion due to further probs I had after I got my car back, turns out all Matts team did was pressure clean the part he was supposed to have replaced, other items again simply cleaned off and we're not replaced at all. This guy is a crook, do not trust him. The good reviews you read here, do not believe them. I've spoken to several unhappy customers all with the same complaint.

Recently had my AC fixed and the team at Beacie Service Centre were fantastic and extremely professional!! Highly recommend to everyone. Thanks again guys!!

Cannot recommend the team down at beacie service centre enough! They’re more than happy to take on anything I throw at them, Jacquie is easy to deal with and Marty is more than happy to help me fix up my old cars, I’ve had all my cars serviced there even the daily. They charge fairly and they do great work, Kenny does all my old cars and his quality is exceptional! Cheers Brodie
