Having Ian come out to the house to see my two cats was not only convenient, it saved me loading them and a baby in the car and all 4 of us from crying!Not only is he a great vet, he's also a lovely person. My usually shy cat purred his way through his exam and vaccination, he even requested some butt scritches which Ian was happy to fullfill his demands. As a fellow cat owner he was wonderful with my boys and it was nice to see them so at ease. I'm sure if they could talk they would have agreed paws down it was the best vet experience they've ever had, if they had in fact realised it was actually a veterinary appointment and not just a friendly social interaction like they seem to think.My only complaint is I wish I had known about him sooner ☺️

Just after Christmas we had to make the very difficult decision to say goodbye to our very beloved family pet. Dr Ian was sensitive and kind, he put us and our staffy Boof at ease in his final moments and allowed us the time to say goodbye without feeling rushed or stressed. Truly grateful for the kindness shown in a very difficult time.

Dr Ian Barron's gentle manner, willingness to take time and work within my cat's comfort zone means my usually anxious cat (who will hide for days after a traditional vet visit) is being his usual chill self. Incredible to see the difference in him.Best bedside manner I have seen in a long time; would definitely recommend.

I recently had an at home euthanasia for my beautiful dog Angus. Dr Ian was so kind and patient and I will forever be grateful for his compassion and reassurance. I could not recommend him more highly - he is a truly wonderful vet.

This was my first ever experience with a vet. In what was very difficult circumstances, Ian was most caring, detailed and professional. My cat cannot handle car rides, so having Ian come to the house was ideal.I cannot recommend him high enough.

Dr Ian came to my house for a in home euthanasia. Dr Ian made the very upsetting and stressful experience a whole lot easier as I was able to say goodbye to my furbaby in the privacy and comfort of my home. I know this was the best decision for my furbaby too as she passed away peacefully somewhere familiar to her. Dr Ian was very kind and thoughtful. I also used the services of cremation with evermore, which Dr Ian organised and my furbaby ashes was returned in a very special way. Thank you so much Dr Ian

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Micky. Dr Ian was so amazing, he explained the process to us all so we understood exactly what would occur , and allowed us time to be ready. His compassionate nature really helped us be at ease with such a difficult process.Highly recommended.
