A bit pricey but excellent quality haircut. I got exactly what I wanted and the barber was very competent.

Steve is the best barber I have ever used. I have never had a bad hair cut with him, the fades are perfect, he's the only barber I trust.The only downside which is extremely inconvenient is the fact that it is first in best dressed on a black board, and there are no appointments. I can understand being in a shopping centre and some barbers aren't that flatout, however Steve always has at least 5 people on his waiting list, sometimes his list fills out the whole board and it is impossible to get a cut. These are mostly loyal customers, so it makes perfect sense to have appointments. It is extremely messy and inconvenient having no appointments, I have waited over 2 hours one time. You have people writing their name, leaving, coming back, then arguments start because some people have waited for over an hour in the store. It's not a nice experience. Also, calling up and asking for my name to be put on the board does not work well at all. This has detracted a fair few of my friends from coming.

Dropped in last minute, asked if they were open still as it was close to closing.Unsure why but the woman working there was just so rude. I asked if she had a long day & she just shrugged. I said not to worry about it and walked out.

Had Boo cut my hair. Did an amazing job. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

My usual barber was booked out, walked in while my wife was shopping and was in the chair in 2 minutes. Kylie did a great job with the haircut and the general barber experience, which i didnt expect from a shopping centre.

I came in here earlier today and I got possibly the worst haircut of my life. I asked for a 4 on the outside and a bit off the top. The lady removed all hair within a 2cm radius of both ears, and gave the worst attempt at a fade I have ever seen. If you have to choose between shaving your head and getting your haircut at iBarber, for the love of god, shave your head.

Been coming to iBarber for over 5 years now and leave with a great cut every time. As someone who is particularly picky about their hair, I cannot recommend iBarber enough.

Been loyal to ibarber from it's inception for a reason. Though the shop is not at the best location, the barbers draw the numbers. Steve, Aaron, Simon, the Z lady to mention a few. One place you can step out looking sharp.
