My partner bought flowers Thursday night and by Saturday morning they had drooped and multiple roses had lost thier petals. He paid full price for them and we followed all care instructions.

Staff are very professional and friendly. Flowers are fresh with reasonably priced. I would recommended to everyone.

Worst florist I’ve ever been to. Ordered some flowers for a colleague going on leave and paid a week in advance. We were told there would be no issues. The day came to pick them up and the flowers were completely wrong. When we complained, we were told it was just flowers, and to get over it, and as compensation they would change 1 single flower to the colour we ordered. After asking why were could order flowers and not have the ones we wanted, the lady became very rude, aggressively telling us it’s just flowers and throwing money at us telling us she won’t deal with this today. Most unprofessional employee ever! If I could give zero stars I would, never going back

Extremely disappointed with the service. I asked for them to make me a fresh bunch as it was a congratulations gift for my friend who got engaged. She showed me the peonies but said they were $40 for a bunch which I said to not include them. I said I wanted $90 worth and to make me something with neutral colours. When I went to pick it up they were a tiny bouquet you have for weddings AND she used the peonies which I said I didn’t want. When I asked if I could leave these and grab an another bunch that were a lot bigger, she said no and that I’d have to pay for the full thing. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. They weren’t even placed nicely in the box.

Bought a bunch of flowers today and the original price was $85.00.. on the box so i decided to purchase..She charged me 95.00 instead and i told her check the tag she took off and stuck on counter, she denied it and said otherwise, if the tag said 95.00 i wouldnt of purchased it...she lied to my face and took my money...

It's a small shop but the range has been great. Staff is always helpful and friendly and every time the flowers have been well handled and cared for.

I paid $60 for a very important bouquet of tulips to be delivered to the Northern Hospital 300metres away and they were NOT repeat NOT delivered. Will never use this florist again. Swindlers. Should have known when they didn't give me a receipt. Shameful.

I just bought a beautiful bunch of flowers for my grandmother. I had the bunch made up of white daffodils and purple carnations. They wrapped them lovely. Very happy with my purchase also at a affordable price.

Horrible experience. I purchased a box of flowers to say my condolences for a family funeral from the Epping plaza store and they drooped and had to be thrown out within 2 days. I followed all appropriate care instructions. I do not expect florist flowers to be of such horrible quality, I would have saved the money and bought them from a Coles or a Woolworths if I knew this would be the outcome. Following this I contacted the Epping store to let them know of my experience and was put through to the owner of the store who stated I was lying and yelled down the phone at me for over 10 minutes stating it’s not his problem. No compassion shown, purely defamation of character. This is horrible behaviour from a owner of a store. I would never expect anyone to be spoken to the way I was by this man. I will NEVER return to this store or recommend again. Appalling.
