Spa & Sport at Swissotel Sydney

I bought my husband a couples massage for his birthday and we had a lovely experience. The welcome was so lovely, the massage room was comfortable but a little too warm. My husband’s masseuse was clearly very experienced, checked in on him regularly on pressure, comfort etc. my massage therapist was quiet but effective. Afterwards we were given a beautiful little happy birthday platter along with a candle to go with our tea and wine. It was just so sweet and lovely. We went for a quick dip in the pool and sauna as well. Sauna is a dry sauna and was great. Pool was full of kids which made us miss our toddlers and feel guilty haha.

Was greeted with sparking wine and the massage was amazing! Nice little pool area as well!

I have been to different spa places but so far this place impressed me most. Free drinks near the swimming pool, heated pool,and sauna, and nice vibe. The spa that Suzana provided is the best. She is amazing, so professional and patient. She communicated with me first about my needs and provided a very thorough full massage along with key areas focus. She seems know what I exactly need without me telling her. Extremely great pressure, right spots, lovely chat. I can not recommend her more and I will come back with my husband.

Absolutely flawless! I had an afternoon of free time to kill in Sydney between a domestic and an international flight. I received the most exceptional & thoughtful customer service from the moment I phoned up to make a booking. Arriving at the hotel (as a non-guest) a charming doorman greeted met at my Uber & took care of my luggage so I could enjoy my spa experience hands free. The spa team upstairs were incredibly kind & lovely. I was encouraged to unwind in the sauna to relax my muscles before beginning my treatment. The facilities are outstanding. The sauna space & ladies changeroom space were beautifully appointed with thoughtful details. The treatment room was dimmed & candelit, with a private in-room shower to rinse off between treatments (I had a hot stone massage, scrub, body wrap & facial). Afterwards you are treated to a glass of bubbles & a delicious platter of cheese, fruits & chocolate. The team were mindful of my flight & helped make sure the entire experience was smooth, timely and sublime. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for blissing me out before my holiday!

Myself and partner had a lovely and relaxing couple massage experience.We had remedial massage. The massage therapists were very professional. The manager also ensured that service provided was excellent. Well done!

Swissotel is my favourite place to stay. You sink into the beds. The spa at this so good, I had a massage after a swim and sauna, so indulgent but so awesome. The doorman was so friendly and helpful even took me upstairs to the reception,( this hotel is above Myers) he even remembered our names on leaving the next day. All the staff are always friendly even the cleaning crew. For a luxury night in the CBD you can't go past Swissotel.

I was there to have a relaxing weekend with the girls, Viktor was so pleasant and lovely to deal with. The massage and facial was amazing, we were able to use the pool after which was nice. I loved the little touch of complimentary glass of sparkling.Would recommend and return.

Wonderful service today the, 2 owners were so professional and helpful even ordering us food for the pool area! My massage but another member of staff, was on point we will definitely be back! Thank you

I’ve been to this place two times now, and I love it. Everyone prefers a different massage style and for me, the quality of the deep tissue/remedial massages is always top notch. The staff are super friendly, the sauna is wonderful, and everything is kept super clean and comfortable. Great spot in the CBD!
