360° Dental Marketing

I've taken my time before I posted this review. I've been using 360 for about 5 months now. These guys have been great! Our quality of leads has gotten better. Our volume of new patients has improved massively and we are working with them like our own personal marketing department. P.S. They often help me out with things that are not even a part of our agreement. I really do feel they are invested in the success of my business. I will come back to this review in a year and update it with more great things these guys achieve with me. Thanks Prabin. You have a good team. Very professional

Long pending review . They did marketing for my practice for more than a year . There customer service is good, quick to respond, regular meetings but no result and they forget about the requests that you make in the meetings.They say they are working on SEO but you will never see any good result. They promised me the top spot on google first page but It never happened. After waiting for more than 1 long year I couldn't see any results. When I asked for all my log ins and google analytics which I paid for they said its there work and they cant share the work that I paid for.So I had to start all over with my existing company. So basically I wasted thousands of dollars every month , time, mental stress and what not.I hate all these marketing agencies where they promise so much but don't show any result.I didn't want to put this review but when I think about what they did to me its killing me inside . So I had to vent it out.

The team at 360 is just about to launch our new website and I am so excited. Shelina has made the whole experience very straight forward and stress free. The team is very professional, attentive and organised. Thank you Prabin, Shelina and Caitlin for taking my practice website to the next level.
