A big CONGRATS to Tim and his team for the massive improvements since our last visit. The service was much faster and the staff were quite attentive (which dropped off slightly as they got busier - understandable). We decided to do the $59 feast which was more food than we'd usually order but great value. The only thing was our main came a little too quick as we had only done half the entree which we left. It would be a great option for families.We also attended during Happy Hour so we loved our tasty cocktails (which came fairly quickly).It's our fav Chaddy restaurant and we're so glad there's changes being made and amazing staff being trained up to be top-notch.

Superb atmosphere with very good customer service. We ordered buffalo wings, beef ribs, Friday’s signature burgers and fried calamari. Beef ribs taste was average though. Buffalo wings and burgers were quite good and highly recommended.

Food was great but service was a big let down.We had to call a server to take our order and they didn't listen to our instructions properly, we wanted all the food together but came separately. Then, when they brought starters, no cutlery or napkins brought out. This was a common issue, everyone around us had to keep asking for cutlery. They also didn't clear our starter plates, they left them there while eating our mains. I also had a view of were the food was waiting, one of the staff touched fries and then gave them to someone, I'm glad there were not mine. Then a lady, Ash, who may have been the supervisor, was telling another worker to speed up which isn't nice in front of customers, she was trying the worker, but also Ash looked like she was doing the least. We asked for her to take our order and she handballed us. She made a comment that she was meant to leave an hour ago. I get service can be difficult but customer experience should always be number one priority. The bar guy who took our payment at the end, I think Matt, was lovely though.Honestly, they need new management. Chefs can stay but I would have an internal overview of the servers. This place could be above a 4 star, but the lack of service, brings it down to a 2 for me and it's hurting the brand name.

Seated very quickly. Love the booths.Chef's in the kitchen were smiling laughing and seemed to be having great time.Service was also great.Because I read at the table that I could become a member for free, I did so via my phone and as a member we got a free serving of hot potato crisps upon arrival worth $6.95.Ordered sweet potato chips which came fast & were very yummy.Dips were very nice.Happy hour between 4-5pm was great value for $7 cocktails. We got the Coney island coolers ordered seconds.Tv in the background. Bar in the middle.Will be back

Had some lunch and drinks here with family and friends. Place doesn't look bad, and food looks fine but does not taste as good as it looks. Customer service was not too bad but could have been much better. There's also the case of one or two staff with bad body odor as when they walk past you, one could not help but smell them. Pricing is average, but too much for the amount of food you get served. A very average experience.

Extremely slow service. Waited at the front for a front of house to tell me someone will come soon, then he went to fold some napkins then come back and took us to an un wiped table. And I asked for a glass of water never arrived. Not sure what system this waiting staff is running.No one explain the system here and very difficult to get a waiter attention for service. Unfortunate, and disappointed!The food on the kitchen bench is almost falling off, so many of them waiting for the waiting staff to take to customers, some of the waiting staff just standing around, Walking around. Many many guests are waiting around for even just cutlery and napkins and water and just basic things for eating a meal. Nothing is happening. After 10 mins of looking around, and asked 3 staff, one of them brought knives and forks and napkins. But blamed it on kitchen staff not providing them.A customer got so frustrated and got up and got cutlery for another table of guests because they waited so long. This is unseen of.Seeing previous reviews of this place, and TGIF replies just not sure if they are changing anything. So I reckon don’t come here.

We went tonight to have dinner ! The food was good ! The chicken wins were really good! The only thing is the service is not the best even when now yo can pay your food and order with out asking to the waiters it seems that it is hard for them to get things fast. I was about to finish my meals and the drinks were not arriving and the drinks were a soda! Usually drinks come first and that way you get a chance to order more drinks. Order than that I liked it.

We visited here on a Sunday for lunch with our two, young kids. Despite the listing saying it opens at 11am, they did not seat customers til after 11.30, with a staff member telling me the time we open depends on when the bar staff are ready". If they'd provided an honest opening time

First time here and in a nutshell, food was good, service was not great. Other reviews are on par.Staff checking their phones, some with ripped uniforms, eating gum, chatting to mates for 5 mins. Took us a while to get any service, and we weren't the only ones. If I was the manager of this place, I would not be happy.Food was ok, ultimate burger has changed a little but it's too stacked and narrow. 2 picks into the burger pretty much says it, it's out of balance. Smaller burgers but more ingredients is not a good combo, sauces making buns soggy. Chips were a little soggy, no crispiness. Onion rings were good but feels like they sat at room temp for a bit.Food: 4Service: 1Atmosphere: 2

A disappointing lunch at TGI Friday chadstone. Ordered a couple of burgers and drinks through their app. The drinks were very slow to come out despite being simple orders. The food was ok. Fries were cold and soggy. Regarding bacon cheeseburger, the bacon was soggy not the sort of crispy texture you’d expect with a burger. Better other options in the centre.
