Took our laptop in for a quick clean up both of software and dust and add a bit of RAM. Took them close to two weeks to do this. When we finally got the laptop back got home (over a hour away from wagga) on Friday night to find no laptop charger. Had to wait till the next week to get the charger off them so overall no computer for a bit over 2 weeks for a job that should have been done in a day. Never again would we use or recommend them to anyone.
